Delivery Information
We deliver throughout the UK using Royal Mail 2nd Class, usually recorded delivery - Postal charges are dependent on total order value.
Prices are adjusted on the Web Site for international buyers by clicking the appropriate link.
If your item is not in stock, we will inform you by phone or email and send the item when it comes into stock which is usually within 28 days of order. You can cancel the order if you would rather not wait. If the item is in stock delivery is usually within 7 working days.
Ordering & Payment
After placing your order, we will send an email to confirm that the item(s) are in stock. While every effort is made to ensure that stock levels displayed on the Web Site are correct, we may email you to advise that an item is no longer in stock. Under these circumstances we will send you an immediate refund to your credit/debit card.
All prices on the Web Site are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
Goods will be dispatched only after the correct funds have been received by MaryMarguerite Ltd via your chosen payment method and all details including addresses have been verified.
We are not responsible for a delay in processing an order due to your card issuer not authorising a payment.
Please ensure that all details you provide are accurate. Do not send any personal details such as credit/debit card details via email as we cannot be held accountable for their security this way.
Returns & Refunds
All goods are supplied SALE or RETURN provided returns are made within 30 days of the delivery date. If you are not entirely satisfied with goods supplied we will immediately refund your money in full upon receipt of the goods returned in saleable condition. This means all returned goods must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached. All returned goods are subject to inspection. Returned goods must be made at the buyer’s cost, and the buyer is responsible for ensuring the returned goods are received by MaryMarguerite. No refund is given in respect of the initial postage charges paid. Wherever possible, alternative goods will be offered to replace unsatisfactory or faulty goods. Incorrect deliveries will be rectified (stock allowing) immediately and dispatched the same day.

All complaints regarding goods, delivery times, service, or if you feel that you have not been treated in a fair and satisfactory manner should be notified by email within 7 working days of receipt of goods to: esther@marymarguerite.com

All complaints are dealt with in strict confidence and will be confirmed by post, telephone or email within 7 working days of the complaint being registered. All disputes will be, wherever possible, resolved no later than 14 days from the day the complaint is registered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
