When you first put them on, expect them to feel more snug than your normal leggings. The fit of the leggings ensures that your legs will feel zingy and light to help you float through your pregnancy.

There is no compression in the bump section.

Put them on like you would a pair of tights. Bunch the leg up and push your foot through. Pull up carefully, keeping the seam on the inside of your leg.

The bump panel can be worn up or folded down for comfort.
